Pharrell Williams cites ‘toxic energy’ in Virginia Beach

Something in the Water Festival will be a one-hit wonder because Pharrell Williams cites”toxic energy” in Virginia Beach.  City leaders begged P.Williams to reconsider his decision to have SITW return to VB in 2022.  Williams wrote that he wished the city had taken a more proactive stance after his cousin Donovon Lynch was shot by a police officer in the resort area last March.
